WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
 

Damage Claim 
If you receive a damage or defective item, contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours of delivery at customerservice@tomride.com
Please be prepared to supply the following information:

  • Photos and videos of the damaged parts

  • Dealer name

  • A copy of the receipt 

  • Frame number

  • Customer contact details: E-mail ,phone number, address 
    TomRide will respond promptly within 72 hours (not including weekends). 

In most cases we will send relevant parts to solve the problem. If in certain situations we authorize a return, please follow instructions below:

  1. Please DO NOT ship any products until you receive an e-mail with return instructions! Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted.

  2. Please e-mail us at customerservice@TomRide.com. Dealer name, a copy of your receipt, frame number, Include the order date, product name, reason for return, customer details (E-mail, phone number, address.

  3. All items must be returned freight/shipping paid by the customer - no exceptions, you will incur a 20% restocking fee.

 

 

Warranty:
For USA customers TomRide is warrant its product to be free of
manufacturing defects for a period 4 months from date of

purchase.
 

The following conditions are not covered by our warranty policy:

Normal wear and tear, tires, tubes or cables, or any damage, failure

or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or storage or use of the TomRide ATV.


This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:

  1. Used in a manner other than for recreation;

  2. Modified in any way;

  3. Rented
